Recently my 360 is taking a rather or noticeably longer time to sign in, from teh very start it sticks with the rotating circle a lot longer.
Also ( and this has happened before), when I have gone to play BF3, I have had a message come up saying that the saved data could not be read, it would then sign in again ( assuming its starting over), then would get all the various messages for the unlocks thus far for maps, VIP etc ( the maps still seem to be present and working).
More recently I have had the screen freeze when loading up multilayer maps, on/off and after a long sign in time again, I seem to be able to get on and play normally. It also froze on me when loading iPlayer though only the once so far.
Could this be a HDD issue?
Would a formatting of the drive solve anything, tbh I only use it now for BF3 and iPlayer really.
