Mine updated automatically when I inserted both Street Fighter Anniversary and Panzer Dragoon.

Are most people having to update manually?

Yeah it was initially available only on downloadable 'cd' fom xbox.com - I guess its on live now.

Have you managed past level 3 of Panzer Dragoon ?

For some reason i wish they would do a BC for Driver parallel lines, dont have access to a ps2 or xbox to see what it is like.
