360 VGA cable problem

I just swapped my tv from a 1080p sony bravia, to a panasonic px60 plasma, which does 1080i/720p.

I didnt change the resolution on my 360 before i switched the tv's out, and now with the vga cable, it wont display.

Is there any way to reset this, as i really want to use the vga cable for the 360 on the new tv.
