Hi all,

**im sure this is a really silly question :D**

I ordered my little bro a VGA cable for his 360 the other day and it arrived today, however, upon inspection i seem to have a problem.

It appears that none of my monitors have audio inputs for the connectors.

How can i get round this?

I have a 5.1 speaker system connected to my PC's sound card ( Card => Sub => Satellite speakers), can i use that or just an old pair of speakers?

Ive always been useless with audio. :D

I went for the cheap and dirty option and use a 2-1 headphone jack covertor (a couple of quid on the bay). I just swap the plug with my PC output whenever I fire up the Xbox.

If I were doing this properly - I'd be looking at an ampliphier to handle the various imputs...

The VGA connector, at least the MS one, had a digital output for sound too - a TOSlink cable will do the trick, but so long as your speakers have the same connection.

Scort.

The monitor you are plugging the cable into will probably need to have integrated speakers for the 2-1 audio cable to work.
