Just been getting this in a few vids ive dlaoded recently and ive no idea what causes it, for example the aliens vs predator requiem preview video, if i play it i get this

However if i hit the 360 button to bring up the sidebar the video plays properly as long as this is on the screen, which obviously doesn't help matters as it takes up about half the screen.
