Just a quick post, to cut a long story short i sent off my xbox extended warranty and had some complications but the money has been withdrawn and i cant find out whether i have the extended warranty or not.
So im trying to register my device on the xbox website on support but whenever i try it i get "A problem occurred, and your request cannot be completed.
Please contact support to complete your request."
Contacted them via e-mail and phone but i just get an e-mail back saying "phone us" so i do then they say e-mail (really starting to hate indian support). Is it like this for anyone else? Need to know if i have the 3 years warranty on it as the money has been taken out.
