Hi all

Since i got my slim after xmas now and then i get this weird problem.
It has only happened 3 or 4 times now but its starting to annoy me.
As i am playing the tv screen will go black for a second or 2 then go back to normal. It happened the other night when playing spiderman sd and the only other game it has done it on is dj hero 2.

The tv is a 40 inch samsung full hd 5 series and the xbox is connected through a hdmi cable.

I dont think its a tv problem as i have sky connected through a hdmi cable also and the tv has never gone black whilst viewing that.

Its like it loses signal for a second and whilst playing dj hero completley ruins your go LOL.

Is there any sort of power saving options in the dashboard that i could change?

Thanks in advance

I had this same problem:

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18231504

but mine didnt want to come back to life, i either had to try and switch it off or hit the eject button switch seemed to bring it back to life , do you have a kinect plugged in at all ?

i found that unplugging my kinect seemed to stop the lock ups

This happened to me but as I only had the Xbox for 2/3 weeks I returned it and they swapped it for another.
