360 which Thermal Compound?

I want to add these to my g/c and cpu but which one ? (i know removing the cover voids the warranty etc and alrdy taken off cover 2 weeks after i got 360) :eek:

Arctic Cooling MX-2 Thermal Compound or Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (3.5g)

I've only used silver 5 (on my pc) and its well regarded.

I used AS5 on my 360 and the heatgun temps showed a 4 degrees drop from that alone.
