360 Wifi Signal

Hey all,

I have recently moved and the router is downstairs (I am upstairs) on the opposite side of the house. The signal my PC Receives is quite good, however my 360 and its Wifi adapter get 2 - 3 bars most of the time, and in games such as L4D I get very bad lag.

Just wondered if there is anything I can do to improve this.

Use Homeplug/Powerline adaptors via electrical sockets instead?

I may have to, that will be a pain though as I only just invested in the Wifi Adapter before I moved.

If your PC is near the 360 you could use the Ethernet wire to 'share' the PC's internet since its likely got a better quality wifi card than the 360. I did this recently with my mac since I refuse to pay that silly price MS are asking for the adapter >=( Took about 15 mins to set up and it works fantastically, Just the downside that my mac has to be on to share its internet to my 360
