Hello all,

Recently picked up a 360 wireless adapter and I can't for the life of my get it to work??

I've unplugged the ethernet cable, rebooted my modem and router and it still has a red light!!

According to the xbox website it says red is waiting to connect to a network. However I can't see the network settings for the wireless adapter in the dashboard to configure anything?

Anyone able to help??

Goto Settings - Network - Configure network - click "Wireless mode" and get it to scan for the network and input the WEP Key

All I've got under Configure Network is:-

Basic Settings:
IP Settings
DNS Settings

Additional Settings:
PPPoE Settings
Advanced Settings

Nowt else?

Had the Same problem as you Leave 360 Turned on and Unplug the Adapter then PLug it Back in should show up in network then

I don't have the adapter myself (nor have I ever used one) but isn't it supposed to be plugged into the rear USB port? I assume this is where you are using it already.

Thanks, I'll give this a try later.

I guess the USB part is working as the red light is on? Everything I've read says that it goes red then connects to a network.

I've seen video's of it flashing red, which it doesn't do.

Ring support if you cant get it working, and provided your 360 is in it's first years warranty they'll send you another one free of charge.
