360 Wireless Wheel - Microsoft sent me a box

If you registered for the retrofit to your wireless wheel due to the technical problems that some people have reported, ie the thing catching fire!. Has anyone received a empty box today from DHL (microsoft) asking you to return your wheel for the retrofit?

Mine came this morning, a huge box ive got to pack the wheel into and send back to microsoft, all free of charge of course

Just hope it doesnt take too long for it to get back to me.

I applied for the retrofit about 2 months ago and still haven't recieved anything, however, the A & B buttons have stopped working on my wheel, so i phoned M$ yesterday and they are sending me a new wheel, which should be here within 10 days

Someone else on here posted about getting a box to return the wheel.

i wouldn't expect it back quickly though :mad:

I sent my wheel back Monday and received it back today

very quick turn around.

And its a brand new wheel

I remember trying to enquire to microsoft about this a few months back - where have you guys gone to get this sorted?

I obtained the return printout from the xbox website, filled it in, sent it off in the post and then about 2 months later got the box to send the wheel back in.
