Interested in trying this out tomorrow. 480 MS Points to rent in SD or 590 in HD.

Anyone here used it regularly? How does it work? Will I be waiting for it to buffer constantly?

I've not used it regularly, the cost is too high for my liking, but I have used it on occasions. It works well, with no stuttering due to buffering. Thats on a 6mbps, and these days on a 50mbps connection.

You can test by streaming the samples/trailers, which uses the same mechanism. If I understand it correctly it uses MS's Silverlight tech, so it will adapt to the bandwidth available.

It works very well and I've used it a few times.

It'll test your connection and recommend if you're not up to speed for HD and then you can stream straight away. You do have the option to download and then you have a week I think to watch it or 24 hours once you've started.

There's also a couple of half price films atm, Iron Man 2 and She's Out of Your League

That's about £3.50/£4 right?

Seems a little steep for my liking - especially with the 24hr (?) watch limit; I think they can jusitfy it due to the instant-on-demand availability etc

Similar pricing to Virgin's Movie on demand service, so never used the Xbox one as virgin is much quieter!
