All the benchmarks I have seen there is minimal performance difference between the 3600 and top cpu 10900k at 4k.

Pretty sure this is ultrawide 2k and not 4k so may have more bearing on things' cpu wise.

At that resolution you would be looking at 1~2% performance in say going from a 3600 to a 5600X.

You would be GPU top heavy, but I don’t think the 3600 would be too much of a bottleneck at that resolution.

Op your fine. The 3600 is more then capable at that resolution. It's one of the best gaming cpus on the market. If you'd said you had an i5 4450 or something then I might have said sure but not a 3600.
