Ok I have read the guide now and took the plunge with my first processor overclock ever yesterday. From reading on these boards this is probably not the most blistering overclock ever but would appreciate some advice to make sure I have got the right idea and am not about to frazzle anything!

So I am running at the following:-

Core speed - 2706.2 Mhz
Multiplier x11
HTT 246 Mhz (at x4 so this comes to 984 - nearer 1000 the better?)
Voltage 1.4725v (though watching in CPU-Z this seems to wander between about 1.46v! to as high as 1.5v! Under load however it seems to stay constant?)
Idle temp 37 degrees
Temp under load - Have yet to see this go above 44 degrees (Gigabyte Pro Cooler H/Sink Fan)

I haven't yet touched the memory which is 1Gb GEIL value PC3200. From my reading I would guess this is unlikely to go to 246Mhz so I will need to use a divider?

Any comments help would be greatly appreciated! :(

Not sure how to get the screen shot up here but the figures are as follows:

Mem tab
Timings
Frequency:123.0 MHz
FSB:Dram: CPU/22
CAS Latecy: 2.5 clocks
RAS to CAS: 3 clocks
RAS Pre: 3 clocks
TRAS: 6 clocks
TRC: 16 clocks
DRAM Idle: 16 clocks

SPD Tab
SPD Timings:
200 Mhz
CAS 2.5
RAS to CAS 3
RAS Pre:3
TRAS: 6

As I thought your memory is on a very low divider and running well below spec. Try and find your memory divider settings in bios and manually select the 166, 5:6 or ddr333 divider. (These are the various names used for the same thing  )

If you can sort this your looking at a good clock there with the possibility of more if you want to play on :D
