3700 San Diego OCing

hi all, just recently purchased my new rig, and very happy with it, but need some guidlines for overclocking it with the timings and all that

had a little play about in Ai Booster and put it to 2400 just playing about but dont want to do anything drastic as of yet.

try doing a quick search of the forums - there are a number of threads alreadyout there for the 3700 cpu.
