Would you say this voltage was OK under air with temps around 75c?

yeah,constant/fixed or offset? either way anything under 1.4v and 80 to 85c is fine in my books

Noctua DH14 can still kick some CPU ass.

Yep, great cooler. Similair in cooling to the k2 i use. But the k2 due to its flared shape takes up a bit more room unfortunately.

mines at 1.38v btw

Iirc mine was on 1.34v @4.5ghz but not fully stable. Sold it to fund my hw setup, which despite running on far less voltage, (1.265v @4.5ghz) is a much much hotter chip. 94c vs 81c max on the 3770k if stressed to 100% under synthetic load.

I have mine @4.6 with 1.31v on a H80.
