3770k at 5.2GHZ, want to go further, need quick help

So ive got my 3770k to 5.2ghz so far with 1.536v. I am trying to push to 5.4/5.5..

How many volts shall I put in it more to reach around 5.5?

I tried 5.4 with 1.63V but it didnt boot..

Yes I am using a kind of extreme way to cool,

Can I just ask if you have replaced the internal TIM on your chip?
