3770k bclk

Hi guys, can anybody help me, still learning when it comes to overclocking.

I'm trying to get the bclk to 100.00mhz bt even when set manually it will stay at 99.79 ish.

Am i doing something wrong, missing something, or is it just meant to be?

Oh spec is Gigabyte G1 Sniper 3 with 3770K and 1600mhz ram set to XMP.

its just the way it is i think,some chips do it some dont,tried 101 bclk?

I did think about going over, i'll give it a try see what happens.
