3770K, How do I get the IGPU to work ?

Plugged in the hdmi cable into my mobo *Sabertooth Z77* and set the options to make the igpu the main display and for some reason when I boot into windows it's set to a resolution of 600x400 and everything looks multicoloured and I'm unable to change the resolution.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Did you install the latest HD 4000 drivers?

is it a new build?

Sounds like you havent allowed the pc to install all its various drivers and updates. it also takes a reboot or two
