3770K & Sabertooth Board

Hi all, I have been offered the above for £200. Sound like a good deal to upgrade from a FX8150 and ASUS Crosshair Formula IV?

I usually only play WOW,EVE & will play some ESO when it comes out

Will use it for that and some normal activities, Browsing, office docs etc

Yeah its the Z77 Board. I usually just use AMD

I just don't really know about going Intel as Haswell is the current choice and 1155 is EOL

I'm still on 3 year old i5 2500K and have absolutely no need to upgrade at all yet, so the i7 3770K will certainly last you a long time for gaming purposes

The kit is 4- 6 months old - looks like Ill be getting some Intel action now

Snap it up like a hungry crocodile. Haswell may be the newer platform, but for a gaming rig you wouldnt notice any difference between a 3770k and a 4770k, i certainly didnt tbh.
