£380 Spec

I'm looking to build my mother a new PC but it's on a pretty tight budget.
The PC will mostly be used for basic photo editing, browsing the internet and possibly playing the occasional game (Starcraft 2/Rift etc.) when she has visitors.
She has a monitor, keyboard and mouse but needs everything else...
Case, RAM, Hdd, Processor, Mobo, PSU, GPU, DVD R/RW, Operating System.

Can anybody help me with a spec? AMD or Intel? I'm looking to order in the next week. The budget can stretch to £400 but not more.

Thanks a lot those specs look really good. Just before I order though what would a similar spec for intel (i3 2100 perhaps?) look like? I assume I would need a dedicated graphics card then? Is it even possible to get close to my budget then and would it be worth it?

Nope I'm not the one that will be gaming on the PC from time to time. It will be for the grand children.

I just wanted to say thanks. I've placed an order similar to Stulid's spec but with a 3850. I'll be building it next week!
