3800 Temps AGAIN someone check them please

currently folding and my
cpu temp is 40-43
pwmic temp is 56-57
chipset is 46-47

are these right? do i need to do a bios update? and if so can someone link me?

Burn it to cd/floppy, there should be some instructions somewhere.

Command Per Clock. It will be listed as CPC under the DRAM submenu in the Genie BIOS settings. Should be one of the first options

put everything back to what i had on the old bios. and ive just notices my vcore is only at 1.39 not 1.42

well ive took the front off my case and the side pannel. i have 120mm and 80mm cooling hard drives i have a 120 exhaust (akasa amber) 120mm on the scythe ninja (thermaltake) and another 120mm (thermaltake) directed at the PWMIC heatsinks. so temps are as follows under full load. (Folding for team 10)

CPU 36-39
PWMIC 38-40
Chipset 42-44
HDD 32-35
