how much of a difference is there between a X2 3800+ and a X2 4200+?

A 2.4GHz X2 3800+ could be achieved by 10x240
A 2.4GHz X2 4200+ could be achieved by 11x218
The extra HTT bandwidth on the X2 3800+ should lead to ever so slightly improved performance
If they're both at 10x240 then there will be nothing in it
