Does anyone know if the oem 3800 x2 that OC stock is the energy efficient version or not?

Doesn't seem to say anything unless I'm missing something obvious.

Out of interest are there many noticable differences between the energy efficient and non-energy efficient versions that are worth about 10/20 (or whatever the difference is) quid?

Temperatures and Power Consumption are much lower, for overclocking I think their results are much and such the same.

The energy efficient ones should cost the same as the normal ones . The 65nm versions are out now, they are all energy efficient, so once the 90nm's have sold through they will all be.
That said, if you get a bargain on the 90nm go for it.
