open up a dos prompt cd to the directory and type "prime95.exe -An" and should start a new instance :)
Make sure you set the affinity in the advanced tab for each instance of prime95 your running.

No theres a much better way than a dual install - it got posted up here a while ago.

Install it once and then make a copy of the desktop shortcut icon. Right click these and then go to properties and shortcut. In one icon put:

....Prime95.exe -A0 and to the other icon
....Prime95.exe -A1

(where ... is the program files bit)

That has now set the affinity so just double click each icon now and you have prime on both cores with a single install

I might be wrong but I seem to remember you still have to set the affinity in Prime95 menus when you first run each instance. The -A0/-A1 just allow you to run 2 instances from same directory as it will give config/log files an incremental name to keep separate.
