I am looking to upgrade my Samsung 34" Curved UW SE790 monitor to a bigger resolution monitor...

These seem to big quite big now and I have a small computer desk, but they all seem to sit abit further back which is good as the stand on my Samsung is huge.
Prices are around £970 for Dell to £1200 for the LG 38WK95C-W. Would I see a major benefit from the newer 38WK95C-W compared to the UC99? I am mainly looking for video and photography work. Which would you get?
Will be running off a Mac Pro 2013 with dual D500s graphics
