So i seem to be having 3870X2 problems, As you can see from the image above, the thing is hitting 81C on core 1 and only 54C on core 2 while running some 3D in the background...
Now I understand one core might be getting used less, but looking at the fan speeds from GPU-Z it's telling me the fan is running slower on the hotter core
obviously its the same Fan we are talking about her, but should there really be such a massive temperature difference?CCC show that both cores are being loaded 100% although GPU-Z says something different, anyway I am going to reseat the HS..
Another note is that the hotter core while idle stays at a constant 77C while core 2 sits at 55-60C..
What do you guys think of these temps, should i be worried, also what can i use to adjust the fan speeds myself?
