3870X2 will be a touch faster but for the trouble of dual GPU cores and the 'B grade' status the 4850 would be my choice.

Full warranty and reliable performance from the single core.

Also it should use less power and be a quieter card as well!

That PSU will power it fine, the 4850 is also much better at AA.

I'd get the HIS because it's overclocked and the cooler is the nuts.

I would go for the 4850. You want the full warranty. As above post also, the HIS coolers are brilliant. Snap it up!
