Any recommendations on either of them (powercolour and HIS)

I see the PC one has slightly higher clock speeds but I kinda prefer the cooling solution of the HIS.

Popping down to the store when I get out of work to pick up one or the other :rolleyes:
 
The PC ones with the fancy cooler are meant to be noisy as the fan is fixed speed.
