Hi I've recently purchased a used pc with the following specs:
(WINDOWS 8.1 pro installed) Custom built PC,
CM STORM TROOPER,
ASUS RAMPAGE IV EXTREME,
3930K INTEL,
780TI CLASSIFIED DUEL BIOS FROM EVGA,
16GB 2133mhz KINGSTON HYPERX,
GIGABYTE PSU,
SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1TB,
Intel's liquid cooled CPU rad,

The CPU cooler is an Intel Liquid Cooling Solution TS13X CPU Heat Exchanger with Pump. Initially the temperatures were fine however it started to hit 91 degrees after about 70% load on the CPU which isn't right so I reset and repaste the CPU however the problem went for about an hour.

This is what it looked like when I repasted - http://www.imageupload.co.uk/5Dzr

I put a little bit more in the middle and put the cooler back on however I think the pump is broken sometimes I hear the Pump working and my temperatures are fine however sometimes I don't hear it at all and today I was just browsing the net and it started to rise to 70 degrees whilst idling so I have come to the assumption that the pump is completely broken and I'm planning on going back to air what do you suggest?

The Sensors should still work?

I run the same CPU as you and I got a good deal on the h100 from Corsair, keeps my 4.7 OC'd CPU at idle 40s and under load 60s
