Sorry I know you're not after spec advice but I can't help myself:
This xfx 850w is cheaper, and very good :)
this coolermaster 600w is much cheaper, still modular and would run that system fine! review here.

i'd also go for two of these samsung green ram kits over that g.skill. see this thread.

if you need an nvidia card this gtx460 is much better than the 550ti, see this review - bare in mind the evga 460 is overclocked and they overclock well.

finally, i'd get a phanteks over the corsair h100. There's a review here.

Sorry I can't help with overclocking :( just thought I'd try and help you get the best for your money though!

i understand wat your trying to say, i will look at the samsung ram but as for the gpu i only want the 550 for developing purposes, i wil not be gaming on this.

as for the psu...... i have ad corsair ax before and i love them, they are quiet, well made and an amzing bit of kit :)

thanks for the fyi but i will stick to my list unless someone gives me a really good reason to change!

anyone else ave any experiance with a 3930x?

its pretty much the same as clocking your 2600k but the Vabsolute is lower at 1.4v where on the 2600k it is about 1.5v i think.
i have my 3960x at 4.75ghz at 1.29v under water chilling so it idles at 22c ish and full load is about 40-45c. you have specd a h100 so thats going to keep it nice and cool so theres no reason you aint going to get the clock you want.
