3D Bluray to M4V / MKV (No encoding)

I need a program that will take a 3D Bluray image and extract the video stream as a SBS M4V / MKV without any encoding... Anyone know of one?

DvdFab and the like seem to always want to re-encode the stream!

I'm pretty sure MakeMKV supports 3D.

I think it will rip them but doesn't help on the SBS creation.

I should be clearer:

I'm wanting to play these back on an ATV3... so they need to be SBS M4V... Or failing that, I need a way to rip the film as a SBS to MKV without losing quality so I can then re-encode in handbrake to M4V...
