Reading wrong, thats telling you your mems at 850mhz which it just isnt in the first screenie.

Check in overdrive that the requested clock speeds are correct

Edit: It appears your staying in 2D clocks all the time.

Are both ATi services running? What does CCC say about requested clocks?

if you have been using ati tool, or any other programs to mess about with your card like this monitoring software it conflicts with CCC, therefore not allowing it to change modes, uninstall everything including your drivers and all ATO graphics software, rivatuner, ati tool, anything to do with your graphics card and re-install CCC, then use overdrive, see if it changes the clocks, then run a benchmarking program to see if your score gets higher or stays the same

yes m8 it has 2d 3d cores first card ive own with this 2d3d stuff

all o/c bit disable like overdrive

i run riva tool just for the osd no overclocking

and the ram at 693 the osd put a 1 in front of all of them for some reason

OK, here is what you do.

Uninstall rivatuner, CCC and anything to do with ATI using driver cleaner (not chipset if its a ati mobo).

Then you download the latest Omega Drivers. Install that.

ATi Tray Tools is installed along with them IIRC and you want to enable overclocking.

Now, this is how I have my X1900XT setup its not overclocked but ATT has better monitoring stuff IMO.

CR. :)

Easiest way to know for sure if the 3D clocks are kicking in is just to overclock the card and see if 3DMark scores go up, since only the 3D clocks gets overclocked. Or if you have dual screen, have CCC open on one screen and a full screen game (3D clocks only apply for full screen games) on the other and you should see the current numbers change in the overdrive section while the game is running.

IIRC ATT doesn't show 2D/3D clocks changing if you are using the CCC/overdrive to overclock for some reason.

That's odd, mine will clock up to 690/800 with the stock cooler no problem.

What sort of temps are you getting at idle? 50-60 sort of range is normal.

did you do this?

yup did it last night it would only would with for some reason with ati official 6.8's ccc

anyway i benchmark it on 3d m 03 and got 16k and compare it to others and the highest for same cpu as mine and clock was 19k so it seem like the cpu is the slowcoach now for it :)
