Hello guys, I am looking at getting a new build, my 3750k / 7950 build is no longer cutting it for my Uni work (Maya, substance painter, zbrush etc).

I am still big into games, so want something to get the best out of my 27" 144hz monitor too

I haven't really got a set budget, but bare in mind i'm a student - maybe 1100 - 1300, depends if spending a little more is worth it. Like I mentioned, I have a monitor, I also have windows and don't need peripherals, just the tower.

I was thinking of going for a 6700k / 1070 build, but I am completely out of the loop with the latest hardware. I can also self build
