3d glasses from nvidia

need to get a new monitor soon, so might get one that will work with these and get into some pc gaming rather than xbox/ps3.

I had a play with a pair of those on Unreal Tournamant 3 at the Nvidia stand at BETT this year.

They were pretty good but i couldn't use them for long as they are very headache inducing

Swear I saw some of those over a decade ago. A very premium product but might work on something like the wii with the right games

I've wanted to give these a go for a while, but not enough that I would splash out on that much new hardware.

The tech has been around for a fair bit, but Wii compatibility is pretty much out of the question, what with it needing to run at 120fps.

Some horsepower is required to run this effectively. Saw some vid of UT3 and the framerate dropped from around 80 to 30 when 3D was enabled on-the-fly. Dont know the system specs but I'm guessing non-SLI was used in the vid.

I still think the tech is better suited to movies rather than games (at this moment).
