3D Graphics cards?

Hello, I'm looking to go 3D 120hz 22inch monitor but i'm wondering what graphics card to get. I have a 6950 1gb atmo but i'm not sure if the nvidia vision kit will work with a ati card. If it does please tell me, if it doesn't please recommend a good graphics card to use with 3D. As well as this with the 3D can you turn it off for say just browsing the internet?

GTX 570 minimum perhaps

3D switches automatically. ie when you leave a game with 3D enabled and go back to desktop it changes to 2D.

Not much call for 3D internet.

Although with the right setup (browser, driver, etc.) you can watch the youtube 3d movies from the browser in stereo3d mode, and it too will switch automatically. I play some windowed apps/games which do it too, and only the window area is affected, the rest of the desktop display you continue using in 2d at the same time.

So not much call for it, but it works anyway.

Regarding nvidia support, check their website, they have a compatibility list for cards and monitors for 3d vision purposes.
