Not sure whether this is fake or not, if not then OMG.

Very impressive, the lizards look ridiculously lifelike.

Back to scoring 3-4000 in the benchmarks then with top end hardware

It's been confirmed for months as far as I'm aware that the next 3dmark would be DX10, otherwise why bother with a new version.

Its a benchmark, we have 2006 for DX9.

DX9 benchmarks are finished now

If DX10 looks like that hell Im buying vista LOL

Yes, but DX10 offers nothing more than DX9 at the moment, other than worse frame rates.

Has SP1 come out for Vista yet, or have there been delays?

That is one of the things stalling me goin over to Vista atm, that and waiting for the 3870 X2

Best to just ask them to change the title to "Confirmed Fake" instead, since it's still news and most of us (me included) had no idea it was fake.

Sad news that though, actually had me looking forward to it.

No delays, it was never due till 1st Quarter of 2008.

The top scene I could reproduce in fully working realtime 3D environment - I don't have the time to create models for the vehicles and people to do a mockup but the buildings, road etc. wouldn't take long. Someone with more advanced modelling experience than myself could probably do it in the source engine as it doesn't seem to use anything more advanced than a bit of bloom and basic world reflections.

While they cropped that image to take out the watermarks and did a little post-processing thats not to say the new 3D Marks didn't use it as example to base a scene on.

well it is going to be out soon anyway but not sure if the all pictures are real maybe the last lizard and structure that looks like a plain but not 2 picture above. 10 fps for a win :rolleyes:
