3D Mark cpu freeze

Hi all
Received my new system build from Overclockers and i have been trying to run 3D Mark Time Spy. This runs fine until the cpu part of the test, then the PC freezes. I am not running any monitoring software such as Afterburner and my system isn't over clocked. I have a asus 3080 and a ryzen 3900x cpu. Could anyone shed any light on what the problem could be ? ,thanks.

Try a diffrent cpu test like cinebench see if you get any freezes.

Is all you drivers up to date ?

Does the whole pc freeze or just time spy?

Yeah cine bench runs fine ,and also port royal runs fine too. Sometimes i have to reboot pc as system will freeze.

Could be software glitch reinstall it bit I would worry.
