Last four days of solid benching has given rise to some great scores for me.

This one is of particular note. Benching four modded Titans on LN2 is never easy!!!

Specifics of the bench:
4960X 5980mhz
ASUS Rampage IV Black Edition mb :D
DDR 2704 C8-12-8-28 96 1T
4 x GTX Titan 1526 Core 1774 Mems

My RIVE BE board I got from ASUS direct. This is always the case. I have boards around 6 weeks before launch.

The top scores are absolutely about the challenge of being the best and the kudos, but they do open doors etc too.

One of my remits is to continue to promote Overclockers as the Top supplier to the enthusiast both in terms of components and system.

I get the odd chip from Intel ES. But they are never binned so its hit and miss. I bin the OEM system stocks from OCUK to find my benching chips. I have my own CPU codes they get sorted into. Binning is very time consuming as these days you have to bin for several things. Like with Haswell for examle. Bin frequency, Uncore, IMC and timings possible . Also then bin cold bug if using on LN2. So if cold bug exists at say -20 you have wasted time doing first four steps on ambient and so on. Ivy E has cold bug also so its not easy.
 
Our system stock for Haswell is tactically bought through binning. We select batches and buy accordingly. Thats why we offer systems upto 600mhz CPU and 600mhz RAM faster than the rest!!!
 
I train like 4 days a week. 45 mins!!! You can train hard or long!!! You cant do both!!!

We actually where worried about the power to the system in that hall. We checked for common ground etc.

My arms are looking suitably big on that pic ;)
 
Cheers 5UB. OCUK bench team now top 8 World Wide. I am now Ranked number 2. Worlds best is in sight.
