3D modelling/capture on the iPad

I’ve seen/heard that estate agents putting houses on the market now have an app on their ipad where they wave the ipad around as it’s taking photos and it stitches them all together into a 3d model? Like a panorama but one step beyond that? Has anyone here got a link or name of something to check out?

Current generation photosynths are easy to capture, as photographs taken by any regular digital camera or mobile phone can be uploaded to Photosynth. Now to find something that can do it on Android, and if it's actually any good, and then to see if it can export to sketchup/CAD, and then see if I can overlay panorama stitched photos on top of it etc etc...
