hey guys I thinking about buy this monitor

main reason i want a 120hz panel my current monitor is a tv/monitor seems to hurt my eyes after a couple of hours and the viewing angles are not great great so had enough of it time to get rid.
as the asus monitor has 3d how would that work with my 7850 could i just buy any old 3d glasees to go with it passive or active ones ? or would that only work with nvidia cards ? it seems a tad complicated
any advice greatly appreciated
