3D monitors and consoles

I got my BenQ XL2410T last week and I'm wondering if I'd be able to use it to play 3d games on my ps3.

Has anyone tried this with a 3d monitor? If so, how did it go?

Unfortunately not - the XL2410T only has a HDMI 1.3 connection (the 3D is done via dual link DVI on this monitor), and the IR glasses syncing is done via a 3rd party PC adapter, not the monitor itself (unlike 3D TVs).

However, 2D on the PS3 with this monitor will be fine via HDMI.
