3D on AMD

Seriously doubt it, considering AMD don't do native support for their 3D (they rely on 3rd party support). Also, a single 6970 won't be fast enough for playing Crysis 2 in 3D anyway, since it's twice as demanding.

It's crossfire 6970 now, need to update sig!

So nothing extra I have to do?

Also I don't mind toning some settings down of need be, just leave dx11 and high res pack off

Ah thanks, the lglx6500 is on there so mine is a lx6900 I'd imagine those drivers would work. Also I can't imagine it being a bigger hit than my eyefinity. If need be I'll nail over still and switch to 580 sli. Take a while though unless I get bonus :(

DO NOT i repeat.... DO NOT get iz3d its crap. Just connect a 1.4a HDMI to your TV and crysis 2 will have stereo scopic enabled.

If youy want a dedicated 3rd party software get Tri Def / DDD. its better than NVIDIA's support.

But yeh 6970's have 3d support from the get go so if the game has already got built in stereoscopic option it will work on your 3d telly.

I own LG 3D 42" tv, 6950 Toxic clocked to 6970 with shaders etc, i also have a LG optimus 3D phone so i do know what im talking about.

Oh excellent, so some of you guys find it almost plug n play? Really looking forward to trying it. Wipeout hd on the ps3 is great with it!. I have the lg drivers if there's issues. Hmmm pity no xfire support for it though. Thanks for all the posts so far guys. Very helpful
