https://www.yeggi.com/ is a decent search engine for 3d models. Unfortunately, a lot of the time with car parts, unless someone has already made the exact part you want and had put it up for download you frequently end up having to model the piece yourself. It's one of the reasons I got in to 3d scanning - so I can scan broken car parts to get them in to CAD, then re-model them and print them out for use.
