3D Printing Request

I've moved this to the 3D printing forum, it's not really a thing for MM.

/edit - Also, it's not a big print this, even on my relatively slow printer, it's only about six hours.

I did wonder. Feek are you able to lock my other thread please?

I can do it only running pla+ (black, red, grey or two tone green/blue) at the moment though if that's any use?

Thanks Brendy, I appreciate that. What would the difference be between PLA+ and PETG? I've heard PETG is better, but tbh as long as it does the job and looks nice enough I don't really mind. I was interested in dark colour, but two tone might be cool.

Pla and pla+ would be a stronger tensile strength but not quite as heat resistant as petg otherwise very similar. For all it costs, I could do the blue/green and the black, wouldn't cost any more to post neither.

That is very kind Brendy, thank you. I'm happy to cover costs etc. Let me know how much it would be :).

Depending on which profile I use (0.12-0.28) this can take anywhere between 23 hours and 5 hours...

I don't have a dark grey though and all of my filaments are PLA/PLA+ apart from a red TPU and half a roll of black ninjaflex..

Currently printing now, will send through a pic of the first one once its finished (family has had covid through the week so only really catching up now).
Thanks brendy. I hope you and your family get well soon. We had it earlier this month and it has really kicked my arse! Absolute no rush, you're doing me a massive favour.

First one completed overnight, second one on and running. I think it took approx 14 hrs in fine quality 0.16mm , could have gone to 0.12mm but think that would have been closer to a day for not much better quality for an item as solid as this.

Completed pic for anyone interested.
The black was made using Esun PLA+ with Enhanced Toughness.
The blue/green flip effect was using YOUSU Dual Color Silk PLA Filament, Shiny Silk Blue Green both available on Amazon.
My printer is an Ender 3 v2 Neo with a slightly uprated hotend from Creality.

Go for it!
On sale days the v2 neo can be reasonably priced, I bought mine when I had some amazon vouchers and on an Amazon sale day. They are lots of fun when they work and a little educating when they don't. :D
Great tools though, I've printed loads from shelf mounts to Ryobi battery holders to T2 skull busts, they have limitations but what they, they do pretty well.
