3d printing services

I've got a 3d model off thingverse i'm looking to get printed - not knowing a huge amount about this whats the best way to get it done?
Looks like there are a few people on ebay that'll do it, or there are businesses that'll do it... I user shapeways about 10 years ago but their prices seem crazy now! any recommendations what to look for etc?

@Siliconslave yeah I can do that for you for postage, no worries. Or if you fancy trading some nice beans for them, even better.
