3d software free and easy

I'm looking to recreate my home space in 3d and then be able to add walls, simple furniture if possible, make boxes/units cupboards, add colour to items and walls etc

Nothing hopefully too fancy.

Anyone know of anything? I've seen Google has an option but it's perhaps a tad basic and hoping there would be an option out there for this need.
