I've been thinking of spending about £1000 on a PC/hackintosh box used for 3D and video editing. (After Effects, 3DS Max)

I thought it would need to be housed in a standard big ugly case but have been recently looking at Bitfenix Prodigy and some mini-ITX mobos which could make for a lot more attractive housing. I won't be overclocking this build, and would like to keep it quiet.

The software I use takes advantage of GPU so looking to get a beefy GTX card in.

Here's my sketchy parts list so far:

i7 3370k
16gb memory (4x4gb)
256gb SSD
4gb GTX670 or GTX660ti (prob gtx670 for 256bit bus)

PSU - No idea - something quiet and small, 500w should handle it?
Fans - no idea - recommendations?
Mobo - not sure yet - could the new gigabyte mini-ITX Z77 handle my setup?
Any other good mini-ITX ivy bridge mobos in the pipeline? or should I forget mini-ITX and go full size?

Something like this:

The motherboard is the best Z77 ITX motherboard around as the other alternitives do not work with big air coolers, where as the socket on this is positioned so you can use big air coolers.

2 x 8GB of RAM as only 2 RAM slots.

Silent Fan CPU cooler.

Silent PSU.

GTX 660ti, just fits in your budget.
