3D vision 2.0 or 1.0

Hi all,
I've been saving up for a while and thought i'd treat myself to a larger monitor and try out 3D vision at christmas. The monitor I'm going to buy is the BenQ XL2420T. Now as it is the monitor is expensive and I'm trying to resist forking out 1/3 of the monitors price for 2.0 3D vision. I wondered what other people's opinions are on this. Is 2.0 worth it for the price you pay or should I just go for 1.0?

2.0 is better as it eliminates the headaches that version 1.0 suffered from, also the 3D glasses are a lot more comfy to use for long hours as they are slightly lighter too

Wow, didn't realise one caused headaches, I'm starting to think about 2.0 now
