Just wondering who else here is missing out on the 3d experience. First off bloody films and now seems some games/TVs also now. Oh well just hope if it ever does kick in they will do non 3d versions!!

It'll never get that big, I wouldn't worry. And if it's really worth watching, I'm sure they'd create a non-3D version.

I think it's just a gimmick at the moment, half of these films I doubt I'd bother paying money to watch if it wasn't for the fact it was simply in 3D.

i'm gonna take a massive guess and say that's because you wear glasses and 3d on top of normal glasses doesn't work?

Nope. Only see one eye at time/have "a squint" (apart from very occasional times) so can't do 3D glasses as they need you to look though both at once. Very lucky though as roughly 50% of people like me cant ride bikes/drive cars due to it!

The problem I have is that I can't actually use the 3D glasses due to wearing my everyday glasses. I tried to put them over the top, but if I dare to even breathe they slip down.

what about the new 3d stuff that works by flicking one lense of the glases closed at a time in sync with the tv?

or that zalman 3d monitor iirc that doesn't use any glasses.
